I have never had a doctor devote so much time with me and make sure I understand what she was doing and assured me of the right procedures....

  • I have struggled with self image for many years because 20 years ago I fell asleep in a tanning bed for over 2 hours.

As are result of my 'nap' I have skin damage and discoloration in some areas of my face. Dr. Kulback was very confident that microneedling would help. I was hesitant at first . She was very patient and explained everything thoroughly so that I would understand what she planned on doing. During the procedure, she was very gentle and answered my questions. I immediately could see a difference after that first treatment - so much so that I came back to have another procedure (Fractora) and again I was very satified with my results. The whole experience was wonderful from the time I walked in the office until I left. I have never had a Doctor that cared so much! The day after my procedures she called me from her cell phone to make sure that I was ok and wanted to know how I was feeling ...Love her and can't wait to do it again!!

My first knee surgery was in 1973; a torn meniscus from a high school football injury. I later tore my ACL which required reconstructive surgery. Running and working-out over the years in order to meet physical fitness requirements of the US Navy have resulted in issues with bursitis, arthritis, and joint pain. I had come to the conclusion that joint pain was going to be something I would just have to deal with for the rest of my life. So, when I learned about PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) from my internist (Dr. Steven Kulback) I decided to try it! I made an appointment with Dr. Pamela Kulback with K2 Restorative Medicine who is one of the few Doctors in the Birmingham area who has experience with this process. Six weeks after treatment, I am pain free in my hip and knee. I have been dealing with joint pain for the last 3 years; now I am back in the gym at 90% from 3 years ago.
