After years of debating whether or not to have the procedure, I decided on getting adominoplasty/lipo with Dr. Kesler. The whole staff is super welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.

I will say when I tried to return for another procedure, my experience was not the same. My husband got me a gift certificate in 2023 (after the above procedure). I booked a sciton laser in January of 2024 for September. They suggested I push it back to January of 2025 so I would be out of sun. I took all medications the week of. Upon arriving, I took anxiety meds, tylenol, Ibuprofen, and sat with numbing cream on my face for an hour. Before starting, they realized i had a small cold sore and said they could not do the procedure. I was a little upset because I took a week off of work (and own a business), but I get it. Better to be safe than sorry. It took a bit, but I got rescheduled to the end of March. They mentioned that it was a little close to spring, but that was when I was available to take another week off of work. Fast forward to today.. they called and said the doctor was going to be out for surgery and needed to cancel. Totally understandable, things happen.. but they did not offer to reschedule again, just cancelled it and offered me a refund. Which I thought was strange. They did refer me to someone else, but if I was interested in going elsewhere, I would've just done that a year ago instead of getting pushed back 3 times.
