Double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of General Surgery, Dr. Mark Franklin Deutsch is a plastic surgeon in Atlanta who performs a wide variety of plastic and reconstructive procedures. He has 34 years of a rare combination of medical experience, knowledge, technical skill, compassion, and commitment to excellence, resulting in a world-class physician.

Dr. Deutsch began his medical career in Florida. He graduated from the University of South Florida Medical School in Tampa, Florida. He then completed his residency in general surgery at Louisiana State University Medical Center/Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. After finishing his residency, he completed his plastic surgery fellowship at the Einstein/Montefiore College of Medicine in New York, NY.

He also completed an additional fellowship in breast, head, and neck cancer reconstruction and microvascular surgery (surgery requiring an operating microscope) at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
