3 weeks post op lipo 360 and BBL. Dr. Falcone and her team have been amazing from the initial consult to post op. My surgery needed to be rescheduled a few times. They were great. Post op I had a few concerns, I sent an email twice to Dr Falcone once on a Sunday, and she responded within an hour.
Everyone at her office is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend her. She also did some touch-up to my botox and lip filler. Her approach is conservative. To help maintain a healthy appearance not look over done, but natural!

The reason why I change the star from 5 to 1 is because you do not treat your patients with the upmost respect. I reached out to you in the last email in March and you have not reached out to me at all since. You Or your office sent me an email stating that I threatened you, your staff, and your office which I never did. I’m going to attach that message to this posting so that everybody can see that you lied on me. If you were really an Outstanding person then you or your office would not send that letter with falsified information. That is defamation of character. If that is how your office operates then I’d definitely will rate you zero stars if I could. I never Went online and said anything disrespectful about your company ever since this situation started. I even tried to resolve this, just by sending a letter to get my refund back that your office refusing to give and I shouldn’t even even say your office. I should say you because your staff has been nice to me. The only two people that has been kind and respectful is Michelle and Jamie. So why would I threaten your office if they have been very nice to me since the beginning of this whole situation? I never went to any blogs or to any news stations about what is going on. I talk to you privately to resolve this and it did not work. You disrespected me by lying on me and that is not OK. So now I will get lawyers involved because of this. You should never think it’s OK to deteriorate somebody’s character to make you feel like you’re the victim. I hope that that email you sent or whoever sent made you feel better, after you deteriorate and lied on a persons character. That shows what type of person you are and I hope that you’re proud of yourself.
