Dr. Borsting received her undergraduate degree from Trinity College with Honors in Biology, Summa Cum Laude. At Trinity, she played Volleyball and was named to ESPN’s “All-Star” team. Dr. Borsting received her medical degree (MD) from the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Borsting completed six years of training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine.
Dr. Borsting has over 50 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and presentations published and has received several research and academic recognitions in plastic surgery including the K. Hardesty Award.
