Dr. Mehryar Taban grew up in the Los Angeles area. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from UCLA and medical school at the University of California, Irvine, he moved to the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic for ophthalmology residency, where he was selected as Chief Resident. Dr. Taban then moved back to Los Angeles for a two-year oculofacial cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery fellowship at the prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. He then pursued further fellowship training in cosmetic facial surgery under Dr. Ronald Strahan in Santa Monica, CA
