Dr. Kylie Edinger is a fellowship-trained aesthetic plastic surgeon with elite, coast-to-coast training and deep Montana roots. Known for her surgical precision, artistic eye, and warm, patient-centered approach, Dr. Edinger brings world-class aesthetic expertise home to Bozeman.

A standout scholar and Division I athlete, Dr. Edinger graduated summa cum laude from Gonzaga University with dual degrees in Human Physiology and Biology. She served as captain of the volleyball team and was named Female Student-Athlete of the Year and Human Physiology Senior of the Year.

She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, one of the top medical schools in the country, before matching into the highly competitive integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin—consistently ranked among the top 10 programs nationwide. There, she received extensive training in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery at a nationally recognized academic hospital.

Following residency, Dr. Edinger was selected as one of only two surgeons nationally to complete the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship—the oldest and most respected aesthetic fellowship in the country. During her time in New York City, she trained under world-renowned leaders in aesthetic surgery, mastering advanced techniques in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, body contouring, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

Dr. Edinger has authored research in abdominoplasty, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and operating room efficiency, and remains committed to surgical innovation and excellence. She is especially passionate about helping her patients achieve natural, balanced, and lasting results tailored to their unique goals.

Outside of surgery, Dr. Edinger has traveled internationally to provide care in underserved regions of Africa and India. She is a proud mother of two and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children—hiking, skiing, and exploring everything Montana has to offer. She is so excited to be back home!
