Profile of Nelia Bruce

Nelia served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army, following the completion of military duty, she attended George Mason University and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As a registered nurse, her experience focused on epidemiology, evidence based practice, patient safety, and healthcare prevention and promotion. She later attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice.

In addition to the field of family practice, Nelia developed a passion for medical aesthetics and pursued further advancement training. She began her aesthetic training in 2015 and has been practicing the last couple of years prior to founding Beleza Beauty House & Aesthetics.

Nelia’s passion is to assist her clients in enhancing and restoring their skin’s youthful appearance and meeting their aesthetic needs and goals.
