Dr. Paula Legere is a prominent plastic surgeon committed to the highest standards of medicine. Throughout her career she has taken great pride in performing every procedure with excellence, no matter how simple or complex.

In cosmetic surgery, as in fine art, it is essential to pay close attention to detail and have a vision of the outcome. Dr. Legere masters both without jeopardizing safety or compromising ethics.

An Alpha Epsilon Delta graduate from Fairfield University, Dr. Legere graduated with a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry and Economics. In 1991, she received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She furthered her education in General Surgery with her Internship & Residency, and as Chief Resident, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. She continued her fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. She has received her board certification from both the American Board of General Surgery and American Board of Plastic Surgery.

She has been an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Paula Legere is an active staff member of Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, Georgia. She offers many options in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. In striving to continue her education, she attended the 2007 hyperbaric course.
