Dr. Breister Ghosh earned her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. She completed her general surgery training at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Los Angeles and a competitive three-year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Southern California. While there, she trained under esteemed plastic surgeon Dr. Randy Sherman.
She was also appointed a clinical assistant professor at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, where she helped educate the next generation of surgeons. Additionally, during her tenure at City of Hope National Medical Center, she gained specialized experience in free tissue transfer for reconstruction of the head, neck, breast, and body.
