Dr. Cynthia M. Gregg received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She obtained her medical degree from the University of North Carolina where she also received four prestigious awards for academic achievement. She completed a five-year residency at the University of Michigan in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. During her tenure there she earned the prestigious Merle Lawrence Research award. She then completed a fellowship at the Center for Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Dr. Gregg served as an assistant professor of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Duke University Medical Center before founding her practice in Cary, North Carolina.
