Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Martinez-Diaz and his practice. I had laser genesis done and excel V to help get rid of/fade some broken veins on my face. He walked through every step with me, told me what to prepare for during and after, and I definitely appreciate how honest and straightforward he always is. The after was nowhere as bad as I imagined, but I did break out about 5 days after, which he said I most likely would, as the laser basically helps clear the skin from deep down. The swelling was so minimal, that I could barely notice myself. Today is one week since, and I am pretty impressed so far!

One star not for the Dr but for his assistant. Dr. Martinez Diaz seemed friendly and caring but his assistant seemed like he was helping me through a written script and he couldn't go off that. He told me he gives me some brochures for my skin and hair treatment and he forgot. After I left the room I realized that he also forgot to give me prescription for Dr.'s recommended pill for my hair. So as soon as he got back to the office, I tried to ask him about it but he ignored me in front of all other patients and said he needs to take care of another patient.
I felt horrible! It was so bad that the Dr. came in and take care of it. His assistant needs to get more training on how to behave in a way that patient feels that he cares about them.
I was thinking to have my facial treatment with him but now after this, I definitely won't take it with him. If I could afford, I would have taken my treatment with Dr. Martinez.
