Dr. Thompson, a Double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, has mastered the techniques of safe plastic surgery by participating in Scientific Meetings throughout each year, and takes great pride in continuously learning the latest advances in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Dr. Thompson also has a special interest in breast augmentation and revision breast augmentation, and has lectured on the subject. His experience includes performing the most complex cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. Dr. Thompson received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his General Surgery Residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey and his Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey—New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. Dr. Thompson has been in practice in Monmouth County his entire career. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
