Prior to joining Miami Valley Plastic Surgeons, in 2012, Dr. O’Neill practiced in Wisconsin as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, specializing in breast reconstruction, breast augmentation and breast reduction. Dr. O’Neill also is fellowship trained in cosmetic surgery and performs most cosmetic procedures.
