Dr. Garcia is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a fellow of both the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). Her area of expertise encompasses the management of abnormalities of the eyelids, lacrimal (tear) system, and orbit (the bony cavity surrounding the eye), skin care and cosmetic rejuvenation of the face.
