Dr. Olson studied zoology at Brigham Young University, graduating in the top 5% of his class. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. His stellar performance in medical school allowed him to match directly into a combined plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Utah.
