Dr. Francis R. Johns is a board certified plastic surgeon and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. As medical director of Artisan Plastic Surgery, he is committed to providing the very best care and aesthetic results to patients throughout Pittsburgh. Dr. Johns’ extensive training and education in both dentistry and medicine have shaped his unique approach to patient care. He is one of an elite group of fewer than 50 plastic surgeons in the United States to hold degrees in both disciplines.

Over the years, Dr. Johns has earned a reputation for excellence in plastic surgery by making his patients his number one priority. Dr. Johns understands that the decision to undergo plastic surgery is never made in haste, and he provides compassionate, not clinical, patient care to help patients understand their options and select the treatment that is best suited for them.
