Throughout his decades-long surgical career, Dr. John Minoli has maintained the same principle: to provide compassionate and competent facial rejuvenation and body contouring results that reflect and demonstrate his extensive training and experience.

This training has led him across the country, where he has had the opportunity to train and learn from some of the most respected plastic surgeons. This wide range of education and geographical locations have allowed him to develop a deep appreciation of the plastic surgery experience and how it affects his patients’ minds, bodies, and spirits.

Dr. Minoli was born and raised in Brooklyn. From a young age, he was surrounded by medicine and surgery, with three previous generations of doctors in his family. Because of this, the importance of education was instilled in him early on.

He was only in second grade when he decided that becoming a surgeon was his goal, being inspired by Dr. Christiaan Barnard, the first surgeon to perform a human heart transplant.

As Dr. Minoli grew up, he moved away from medicine and took up more artistic interests; however, in the end, the desire to practice medicine and help patients was still rooted in him, and he saw plastic surgery as the ideal way to integrate and combine his love of art, science, and surgery.
