Dr. Michael Malczewski's surgical training included a surgical internship at Loyola University and a residency in general surgery at Michigan State University. He completed his training in plastic surgery at Southern Illinois University in 1995 under the instruction of Dr. Elvin Zook, then president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Sixteen years of higher education at well-respected universities under the instruction of world renowned experts in their fields has enabled Dr. Michael Malczewski to bring considerable expertise in the field of plastic surgery home to Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. Over the last 27 years, Dr. Michael Malczewski has built a premier plastic surgery practice in Northwest Indiana.
