Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Van Tran is a native of Houston, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas - Austin with a degree in Biology. He later went to medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He returned to Houston, Texas to complete his Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas - Houston. He trained at Memorial Herman Hospital and LBJ Hospital. His special areas of interest are medical weight loss, testosterone replacement therapy, ADHD treatment, hypertension and diabetes. He is also trained in Botox, filers (Juvederm and Restylane) and aesthetic laser procedures. He is a member of American Medical Association (AMA), Texas Medical Association (TMA) and American Academy of Family Practice (AAFP).
