Dr. Mennen T. Gallas, MD, FACS, is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and specializes in breast, body and facial surgeries, as well as non-surgical cosmetic services. Through his extensive education, training and experience, Dr. Gallas has developed comprehensive knowledge of the body as a whole.

Dr. Gallas is the founder and medical director of Gallas Plastic Surgery. For over 20 years, Dr. Gallas has been helping patients realize the highest quality of cosmetic results. Dr. Gallas offers breast, body, and facial cosmetic procedures to his Katy and West Houston patients.

Dr. Gallas has been named one of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons by the Consumer’s Research Council of America and has been repeatedly voted one of Houston’s “Top Docs” by H Texas Magazine.
