Dr. Troell specializes in facial plastic surgery and body contouring procedures as well as non-surgical treatments like fillers, skin therapy, and more. Since launching Beauty By Design, Dr. Troell has committed to offering innovative new procedures with a personalized approach, becoming the go-to cosmetic surgeon for patients throughout Nevada and southern California. Dr. Troell is passionate about educating the next generation of cosmetic surgery professionals. He is currently an adjunct clinical professor at Touro University Nevada’s Osteopathic School of Medicine, where he is the leading physician delivering graduate medical education courses. He has also published 14 book chapters and over 40 scientific manuscripts, contributing to the advancement of the cosmetic surgery field.
