Profile of S. Randolph Waldman, Dr

Simply stated, Dr. Waldman is one of the most recognized and respected facial plastic surgeons in the world. Dr. Waldman is a dual board-certified facial plastic surgeon who trained at the Cleveland clinic and Tulane. While at Tulane he spent a year in fellowship training with Dr. Jack Anderson who pioneered the open rhinoplasty procedure. Dr. Anderson is still considered the preeminent rhinoplasty surgeon of the 20th century.

Dr. Waldman is also a world-renowned educator having authored over 50 scientific publications or chapters. Over the past 30 years, he has often appeared as a speaker at numerous international and domestic aesthetic conferences. His many presentations serve to demonstrate his expertise in facelifts, cosmetic eyelid surgery, chin augmentation, neck liposuction and of course rhinoplasty.

Dr. Waldman founded Waldman plastic surgery here in Lexington in 1983 and it has now grown into the premier plastic surgery practice in the state of Kentucky. Dr. Waldman has been very busy and has now performed over 1000 facelift procedures and over 2000 rhinoplasties. Very few surgeons in the Midwest share his experience and expertise.

Certainly Dr. Waldman is one of the preeminent facial plastic surgeons in the Country and we are very lucky and proud to have him as the leader of our practice.
