Dr. Laura Anne Roider is a board-eligible plastic surgeon at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. She adopts a warm, patient-first approach to breast and body aesthetic procedures. Dr. Roider believes that great results begin with active listening—understanding each patient’s goals, concerns, and vision. She then creates a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their values and promotes their well-being.

Dr. Roider completed her integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Saint Louis University, where she served as Chief Resident for the 2024–2025 academic year. During her training, she gained extensive experience in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, earning recognition for her academic achievements, leadership, and patient care.

She received her medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society—a distinction awarded to students who exemplify professionalism, academic excellence, and service. She also completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri–Columbia, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business Studies, and graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Dr. Roider holds an active Colorado medical license and maintains current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Dr. Roider has an active record of publications, presentations, and teaching. Her work spans topics such as facial aesthetics, breast surgery, craniofacial anomalies, surgical satisfaction, and emerging technologies in cosmetic surgery.

She has also authored multiple peer-reviewed studies, presented research at national and international conferences, and serves as a peer reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
