Profile of Tzujane Jenny Chen, Dr

Dr. Tzujane Jenny Chen is a board certified Washington DC based plastic surgeon with specialization in both craniofacial surgery and pediatric plastic surgery. She is in network with the majority of insurance companies.

Dr. Chen trained for 12 years following her undergraduate education. A native of Indiana, she received her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine, where she was selected as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. During this time, she completed a research fellowship through the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

Her plastic surgery training was completed at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. Additional specialization in craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery followed at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia, which included time with the Craniofacial group at Hôpital Necker-Enfants Malades in Paris, France.

She has been an invited speaker at regional, national, and international plastic surgery meetings, presenting on topics including orthognathic surgery and rhinoplasty. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and conversational with American Sign Language.
