Dr. Micheline Goulart is nationally recognized for her exceptional expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery, as well as advanced breast and body contouring procedures. As part of a new generation of plastic surgeons, Dr. Goulart combines refined surgical skill with a modern, patient-centered approach that emphasizes compassion, individuality, and empowerment.

Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Dr. Goulart completed her integrated plastic surgery residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, training under some of the most distinguished surgeons in the United States and abroad. Before joining this elite program, she trained at the University of Tennessee and earned her medical degree cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

Her experience spans both urban and rural healthcare settings across the country, shaping her approachable and understanding philosophy of care. Passionate about advocacy, Dr. Goulart co-founded a healthcare advocacy committee in Memphis, Tennessee, dedicated to improving state healthcare policies.

Dr. Goulart has a special interest in Mommy Makeover procedures—helping women restore confidence and feel their best through personalized breast, body, and vaginal rejuvenation surgeries.
