Profile of Anthony Bruno II, Dr

Dr. Anthony Bruno II graduated from Wyoming Area High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Scranton, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. At graduation, Creighton University honored him with the Most Outstanding Student in Surgery award. He then began training in general surgery residency.

Dr. Bruno completed six years of training in general surgery at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York, and at Creighton University Medical Center. He was then accepted to further his training at the prestigious Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where he spent three additional years training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Anthony Bruno II became certified by The American Board of Surgery in 2007. He is also board-certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
