Dr. Alexis Schlosser is a board-eligible plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and body. She offers a variety of surgical procedures, including aesthetic surgery of the body and face, as well as microsurgical reconstruction with a focus on breast surgery. In addition, she provides patients with options for non-surgical facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Schlosser was born and raised in Ohio. Her love for science and anatomy led her to pursue a career in medicine early on. After graduating from Walsh Jesuit High School, she was accepted into a competitive six-year B.S./M.D. program, with her undergraduate work at Youngstown State University followed by medical school at Northeast Ohio Medical University.

She went on to complete a five-year general surgery residency at Orlando Health, where she obtained board certification in general surgery. During this time, she discovered her passion for plastic surgery and furthered her training with a three-year residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Tulane University in New Orleans. 

Throughout her training, Dr. Schlosser was exposed to a wide spectrum of plastic surgery and gained extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including advanced microsurgical techniques. In particular, she has a passion for breast reconstruction and provides options for both implant-based and autologous reconstruction. She has presented her work at national and international conferences and has received multiple awards for her research contributions in the field of plastic surgery. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Schlosser enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She comes from a large Greek family and is fluent in the Greek language. She has a passion for adventure and loves learning new hobbies.
