Profile of Shari Reitzen, Dr
Dr. Reitzen has an extensive ENT (ear, nose, and throat) background, and is also a cosmetic surgery specialist. Whether she is performing a functional or aesthetic procedure for you, she always puts her patients first and closely listens to achieve their desired results. Her goal is to safely deliver a natural look that doesn’t appear overdone. Now with one Upper East Side location and one Tribeca location, Dr. Reitzen brings even more convenience to her patients.
Dr. Reitzen completed her undergraduate B.A. degree with an honors distinction at New York University. She then attended the NYU School of Medicine, where she obtained her MD degree with honors relating to her research in neurophysiology. She completed her residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at New York University and served as Chief Resident, with specialized training in the area of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Following this residency, Dr. Reitzen completed a specialized and dedicated facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship program at the prestigious University of Miami Health System.
