At the age of 68 I was very self-conscious about my excess neck skin, neck bands and fading jawline otherwise known as sagging skin and turkey neck. I wanted to improve the definition of my jowl line / neck area without going the surgical route. Dr. Forley was amazing. He offered several options including the newer procedure called MyEllevate which I was very interested in. He explained the procedure, what to expect afterwards and the fact that I was a candidate. I am totally amazed with the outcome. MyEllevate is a minimally invasive, nonsurgical procedure with little down time and great results. It tightened the neck bands, muscles and jowls around my neck area also allowing my jawline to resurface and be more pronounced. There were no incisions made no removal of skin and no general anesthesia. The procedure takes somewhere between one to two hours depending on the person and if they choose to combine other non-surgical procedures at the same time which I did. Dr. Forley uses a local anesthetic, I was awake, and I felt no pain throughout the complete procedure. The recovery time was also very minimal with no bruising and results can be seen almost immediately. I would highly recommend Dr Forley for his expertise and the MyEllevate procedure for its excellent results. A definite minimally invasive rejuvenation procedure without going under the knife. Immediately after meeting Dr. Forley I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to do my breast reduction surgery. He was thorough, kind, responsive and put all of my nerves at ease. He took time to answer all my questions, acknowledged what I wanted, and explained every step of the surgery/what I could expect (pre and post). It's been almost 2 months since my surgery and I can't express how happy I am with the results - I'm 32 years old and can't believe I waited so long to have this done (wish I did it sooner!). I can't recommend Dr. Forley enough.

I had Lipo on abdomen and flanks by Dr Forley using only local anesthesia. Getting sedation is DEF not necessary for this procedure and felt minimal discomfort. I also was chatting with Dr Forley and his nurse the entire time! My results a week later are amazing and I did not have any bruising at all. Post surgery pain was minimal and needed only Tylenol. He is a true gentlemen and a gifted surgeon. The staff is beyond wonderful!!
