Dr. Ali Roham strongly believes that plastic surgery should enhance his patients self confidence and improve his or her quality of life. Dr. Ali Roham strives to make each patients experience as pleasant and rewarding as possible. He will spend the time necessary to provide an individualized and realistic pre-operative evaluation, thoroughly educate his patients on treatment options, anticipated results and more importantly provide compassionate post-operative care.

He is a Southern California native. He completed his undergraduate degree at The University of California Irvine with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biology. He then attended Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. Following medical school, Dr. Ali Roham then completed a rigorous General Surgery residency in Michigan. He trained at one of the largest health systems in the Midwest, Henry Ford Health System, Macomb Campus. During these 5 years, Dr. Ali Roham learned how to take care of the most critically ill surgical and trauma patients. He completed training in several surgical specialties including general surgery, vascular surgery, trauma surgery and plastic surgery. He was chosen by the second largest health system in Michigan, Beaumont Health System, to complete an additional three years of training in Plastic Surgery. It was during this time that Dr. Ali Roham focused specifically on reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Ali Roham has presented at multiple local, regional and national conferences. He received two awards for presentation at the Bi-annual Michigan Academy of Plastic Surgeons in 2018. In addition, Dr. Roham has received first place awards for cases he has presented at Annual National Conferences. Dr. Roham was also chosen by Mercy Missions during his general surgery residency to participate in an international surgical mission to India. During this trip, Dr. Roham assisted in treatment for both children and adults performing cleft lip and palate repairs, severe burn reconstructions and congenital hand reconstructions. This mission trip solidified Dr. Ali Roham’s decision that Plastic Surgery was his passion.

Dr. Roham returns to Southern California where his journey all began with his wife and three children.
