Dedicated and highly-skilled Dr. Iliana Sweis has repeatedly been named as one of America’s top plastic surgeons. At her private practice location in Northbrook Illinois, Dr. Sweis offers facial plastic surgery, cosmetic breast surgery, and body contouring, as well as noninvasive aesthetic treatments including injectables, lasers and minimally invasive energy- based devices for the face and body.

Dr. Sweis earned her medical degree at Northwestern University in Chicago and then finished her general surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. She returned to Northwestern University to complete her plastic and reconstructive surgery residency.

Dr. Sweis holds certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is the former president of the Illinois Society of Plastic Surgeons. In addition to her busy practice, Dr. Sweis is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Illinois in Chicago. She maintains surgical privileges at several Chicago area hospitals. In her spare time, Dr. Sweis volunteers as a surgeon. She was awarded Jordan’s Medal of Highest Distinction by King Hussein I of Jordan in 1996 for her volunteer work. Castle Connolly, Newsweek and the Consumers Research Council of America have repeatedly named her as one of the United States’ top plastic surgeons.
