Dr. Janet Woodyard, M.D., F.A.C.S. is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She has been in practice in Owings Mills, Maryland since 1995 and masterfully utilizes a comprehensive repertoire of both surgical and nonsurgical techniques to consistently provide beautiful results.Dr. Woodyard is a Baltimore native and one of the community’s most experienced plastic surgeons.
