Dr. Shannon O’Brien is dedicated to providing safe, effective, leading-edge aesthetic and reconstructive procedures for her Portland Plastic Surgery patients.She has extensive training and experience with procedures for the face, breasts, and body, including breast augmentation, breast reconstruction, post-bariatric surgery body contouring, liposuction, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), and facial and eyelid surgery. She then went on to complete a highly sought after 6-year integrated general, plastic, and reconstructive surgery residency program at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine before relocating to Oregon.
