Dr. Mark Fetter is the director of the Advanced Plastic Surgery Center, located in Prescott, Arizona. He specializes in a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive interventions.

Dr. Fetter is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), who has demonstrated great proficiency in facial, breast, and body procedures. His focus is achieving a natural, balanced appearance for each patient. Additionally, Dr. Fetter is considered an expert in evaluating and treating patients with hand and wrist disorders.

A certified diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Fetter earned his medical degree at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He completed a general surgery residency at the Medical College of Ohio, followed by a plastic surgery residency at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic. He later served as a hand surgery fellow at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Fetter is a staff member at Yavapai Regional Medical Center and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He also serves on the faculty at Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He and his three sons have resided in Prescott, Arizona since 1996.
