As a native of the area, board-certified plastic surgeon Nichole Joslyn, MD is proud to serve her hometown of Reno, Nevada for the community’s aesthetic needs. Having been raised in Reno, Dr. Joslyn completed her undergraduate education and medical school training at the University of Nevada, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was one of few individuals inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She was then accepted into the highly competitive integrated plastic surgery residency program and completed six years of training at Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Joslyn went on to complete one additional year of training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is excited to bring back new and innovative treatment options to patients in Reno seeking a more refreshed look.

Dr. Joslyn maintains active memberships in multiple national plastic surgery societies. She has dedicated ample time to researching methods of optimizing patient outcomes — both inside and outside of the operating room. Dr. Joslyn has gone on to present her research at regional, national, and international meetings.

Being a mom, she has a deep understanding of the changes the body encounters through motherhood, and is passionate about optimizing women’s sense of self through sophisticated and customized cosmetic surgery.
