May 17, 2024I liked how they got me in a room right on time. I also liked how thorough the doctor asked one by one about the issues for my visit. She listened well and was quick to diagnose each problem. She explain quickly but thoroughly each diagnosis, discussed treatment plans for each condition, briefly talked about other options, and told me how long I should wait for everything to work before coming back if something wasn't "healed". She even gave me a detailed printout from a trusted medical website about one diagnosis so I could read more and be better educated about the condition. The only issues I had was that I felt extremely rushed and that the waiting room was so packed with people and seating that I had to sit in the adjoining cosmetic office when waiting for my ride home. I understand, based on the packed waiting room, that they're extremely busy. I think they should hire more dermatologists and allow a little more time with the appointments so that you don't have to strongly feel that they're an assembly line just looking to get so many people seen and out the door as fast as possible.
