Nov 23, 2024The 1 star is for a beautifully decorated office and nice receptionist. I waited a week for this appointment and blocked out time in my schedule to go. When I showed up for my 2pm appointment, at about 2:20 the receptionist let me know the doctor was behind schedule. Ok fine. After 2:30 I asked how long it would be and if I need to reschedule. I was told another 20 to 30 min as she thought my appointment was at 2:30. I said I was told 2pm when I made the appointment. So I said I would leave and come back just let me know what time. I was told 3:30. So I came at 3:30 after killing time and after being called back I sat in another room and waited until almost 4pm until I ran out of patience. After telling them I was leaving they just apologized and said the doctor was just finishing a procedure. The problem I have is the customer service. Yes they apologized but did nothing to obtain my business. Just basically let me leave. If I were management I would have apologized as well and offered some kind of discount for rescheduling. I felt as if my business didn't matter. I wasted my whole day off for nothing. Did not appreciate that at all. So no I can't give a review on the doctor and his work because I never met him.
