I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years. They changed and I am not coming back. Few highlights of my most recent experience. Despite the fact they have my personal cell phone number on file, some extremely talented individual left a detailed message regarding my medical tests on my office's answering machine. And, yes, answering machine specifically states name of the business and business hours before transferring you to the voice mail. So, in the morning, my secretary hits the voice mail button, and phone put on speakers informs all my employees about my blood work tests being ready and my upcoming appointment. For my appointment, I got to see an RN. She listened and immediately offered to sell me a dietary supplement that can be purchased at the reception (ONLY AT THIS OFFICE, not available anywhere else). Apparently, exactly the same supplement can be bought on Amazon or at Sprouts for half of the price (I checked, same manufacturer, same dosage). Finally, I came for my appointment to review the blood work result. 40 minutes past appointment time, still seating in the waiting area. I approached the receptionist saying that I took time off during my lunch and I need to be back to work. She was completely stunned by the information that some people actually work at 1pm on Wednesday. Receptionist informed me that they were "running a little bit late" and I will not be seen for another 30 minutes at least. I cancelled and left for good.
