May 20, 2024Not a good first impression at initial call. I called to ask a very specific type of liposuction, I explained the details to first person, she put me on hold and transferred me to another person, who abruptly said "can I help you?" If you transfer someone who just spent time explaining why they are calling do no transfer them to another person without conveying the purpose of the call, it is a waste of time. Mine and yours.
