Nov 25, 2024When I made my appointment for both me and my daughter for Dr Jeffie's, I was told specifically that she was in network for my insurance. Turns out she was only in network for my daughter, not me. Now I'm stuck with a bill that I didn't expect. You're billing office has been really helpful and workable since then and I really appreciate it.
