Ethnic people stay awayyyy!!
STAY AWAY!! CHEAP quality laser used for Groupon customers!!!!!! Call and ask them on the phone what laser they use and they will tell you cynosure , no mention of their cheap machine reserved for Groupon customers only.
I found out about this place via Groupon. I called the facility yesterday and today to confirm the laser that is used or hair removal. Both times I was told the laser used is Cynosure Palomar. They stated that I could by my treatments 3 for $75 at the spa instead of Groupon. I drove two hours to get here for laser hair removal . I called the technician to let her know I would be late because the insane traffic. I got there at 6:50pm and the door was locked and lights were off. I called the clinic 3 times and no answer. I stood outside waiting and 7 minutes later a woman appears and says my name. She states that I was lucky she was still there. I thank her for eating the extra 15 minutes for me. I inform her that I want the Groupon pricing as discussed on the phone. The woman proceeds to tell me that she recommends a “stronger” laser for me called the cynosure palomar which is more expensive. I told her that I called twice to verify Cynosure was the laser they use . She proceeds to tell me that they use 2 lasers . A cheap one for Groupon and a quality one for more money. This was the same lady whom I spoke with on the phone that never brought up the 2nd cheap laser. She refused to honor the Groupon pricing for me despite the fact that their cheap laser terms are no written in Groupon terms and you don’t find out until you get there. I’m an educated esthetician as well and I am laser certified so I know the difference good quality machines can make. Very disappointed in my waste of time and lack of quality customer service here!! Ethnic skin types stay away !!!
