Horrible experience. Staff will offer zero help or guidance to new patients, especially at the front desk, but this extends to the billing dept. as well. However, the excuses they give you as to why they are so uninformed about the place they work will be plentiful. Expect frequent, incredibly high bills and extremely rude staff when you call to get answers. Also, do not believe it when they offer a complimentary service, because they are also uneducated about the definition of that word. Will never be going here again and look forward to referring my friends and family in the area elsewhere.
