May 19, 2024Poor service, spent an hour and half of my time just sitting in waiting room as if pts time doesn’t matter. (Finally walked out ) Filled out New Pt paperwork , receptionist asked if I would come in early to complete I agreed since they were working us in . However , front girl with long dark hair seemed to be a bit smirky as if ! I myself am an office manager and would NEVER STAND FOR OUR STAFF TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN . I hear wonderful things of this Dr unfortunately I can’t say I will ever experience his care because you can’t seem to get to the back to meet him. I hope this office learns from this and makes the much needed improvements . I witnessed a few others re-approach the front desk with the same question of “how much longer “ another couple walk up and ask as well to only find out there was paperwork to be done after sitting there for 30 mins !!! Reached out to the office manager Patricia who was unavailable???? Take this however you want and I hope your experience is way better than ours . Very disappointed and one star is to much !
