I apologize for the lengthy review, but I want others to know my full story with this pitiful excuse of a Dr's office... I went to Dr. Kadi on a referral from my GP for a breast reduction (due to severe back issues, this was recommended by my Chiropractor and my Spine Surgeon). I saw Dr. Kadi in May 2018, he took all my medical info, as well as photos to submit to my insurance company for approval and told me it would take about 30 days for a response from the insurance company. My husband and I spend two hours in his office that day, and half of it was waiting on him to have time for us, even thought I had a scheduled appointment that was billed to my insurance company. Two months later, after no response from his office, I called to find out the status, only to find out they never even submitted it to my insurance plan and was told they would get it done that day. A few weeks later, I got a letter from my insurance plan that they needed more information (the information I supplied them on the day of my appointment in May), and supporting photos (which were taken on the day of my appointment in May). I called his office AGAIN (we're now In August), and asked them to submit the required information from the letter and was told they hadn't received a letter. So, I got their email address to send them the letter and politely asked them to get that information sent to the insurance company ASAP, and was told, once again, that they would get it done. Fast forward to December (I was desperately trying to avoid spine surgery, but because this office couldn't seem to get off their butts and submit even the basic information to the insurance plan for approval, I had to have cervical spine surgery in September), when I called the office yet again to find out the status and found out they never submitted anything the letter requested. The lady I spoke with in December seemed apologetic, said something about the person that usually handled the insurance side of things had been recently 'let go', and said she was going to discuss it with Dr. Kadi himself (and told me she knew he would be upset about the whole situation), and would get back to me by the end of that day. Guess what... no return phone call. No more information was sent to the insurance plan. Here it is January, and I've not heard anything from the office. At this point, I won't be wasting any more time on a Dr. that has no desire to help me medically. This office is clearly not willing to help those with procedures that are medically necessary, as in my case. I'd advise anyone else reading this review to move on to the next office and not waste your time with Dr. Kadi either. Dr. Kadi-0 stars for making us wait two hours in the office, and for not following through for your patients. Office staff-0 stars for excuses, after excuses, after excuses, and again, for not following through for their patients. ZERO STARS ALL AROUND!
