I am very unsatisfied with the 4-5 laser hair removal services you provided me. I never saw any difference and didn’t feel the treatment. I thought that your equipment was not strong enough or good technology. I would leave your office establishment and there was no difference or results at all the following weeks. I expressed this to the technician, but she said it was fine and that we would go higher and use a different attachment next time to target finer hairs. I don’t believe the right setting was applied to my case. In 2-3 of the appointments the technician was going to use a special attachment or tool that would be more intense and get my finer hairs, but in both cases, the machine wouldn’t start or was “too hot” or had to cool down. I was charged $150 every time I came in.

I just moved to Houston and am taking care of it at a new place. I have only had one treatment about a month ago and I really felt the treatment. It was hot and I felt stings. I let the new technician know that I had never felt the treatment like that before and she was shocked that I had been charged that much per ineffective session. Her machine was different and very effective. I haven’t grown a single hair after one treatment. This is the type of service that I was looking for when I came in to K Bella Rays, I honestly feel ripped off by your establishment. I don’t mind paying the price, but I want to see results, and your business let me down.

I do not recommend this place for laser hair removal services.
