Update: I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by their obtuse response below. An auto reply that makes it appear as though they care when in fact they clearly don’t. They know who I am, unless several other people walked out today after telling them they were tired of waiting. They’re “response” - I should call them to set up a meeting to discuss. Seriously, you mean they couldn’t show me the courtesy of a phone call. How about a simple apology. No, that would be too much to ask. Instead, let’s send a canned response and put the onus back on the client. Way to keep it world class.

Showed up 10 minutes early for a consult. Waited 40 minutes and not a word from anyone. They could have called beforehand and said they were running late or they could have said something while I was there. Sadly, that must be too much to ask.
