May 19, 2024Cherice has always been the one to handle me and everything was literally PERFECT. Then she left the service change Immediately! My appointment was for 2pm I got there at 140 and was left waiting for 40 minutes 220pm I was then approached and whom ever the woman was didn't take me to the back to start my treatment being that she was already late she wanted to sit and go over my payment history. I told her I use groupon and she didn't understand how I was able to use it.... I told her I had a an appointment so could we go along with the treatment being that my visit was already paid for. She didn't comply and said I shouldn't been able to use the groupon. Worst service I wont be returning even tho I paid for 3 visits.
