I would give negative stars if I could.

First, I have only praises for the medical staff I interacted with - that's important to note, especially if your visit will be fully covered by your insurance.

However, if you will be self paying, STAY AWAY. I went there for a USCIS mandated visit for immigration purposes, and I am really (REALLY) annoyed. The entire visit, between sky high doctor fees and sky higher lab fees, will end up costing around $2000. For about 30 minutes of doctor's time, and 3 lab tests. This is unacceptable.
What's worse is that I was charged for a second doctor's visit I was told would not be charged as it was only administrative when I specifically asked at the first visit.
There was also no warning of the prohibitive cost of the lab tests, even when the lab admissions knew it was self pay. I believe an estimate should at the very least have been provided, considering the final amount is not trivial. In addition, the initial bill as well as the itemized bill I requested do not provide enough information to be able to ascertain which tests were performed and whether these tests correspond to what the doctor ordered. This is not acceptable.
Finally, the administrative staff I interacted was rude and incompetent.

In other words, if you are going to self pay, go self pay elsewhere. It can't be worse.
