May 18, 2024Inefficient office management that can cause sufferings more than the illness itself. Our daughter has been seeing Dr Milan. We’ve delivered immunization record per their requirement prior to our first visit. But by the 3rd the appointment, the scheduler refused to schedule an appt claiming that she doesn’t have the record and that I have to either call my out of state pediatrician again to fax them the paperwork or I make a trip to their office to deliver again. In comprising, I offered to deliver at the time of our next visit, given we’ve already done our due diligence. But no avail. On their end, they promised to send login info to MyHealth in 10 days and I’ve gotten nothing in 2 months. When you need to see a doctor, you really don’t need more sufferings from mismanaged office staff. Go find yourself a better clinic.
